chaipuccinos and bliss

As promised I shall start telling about my adventures last weekend in DC. I love DC, so it is difficult to know where to begin, but since coffee is one of the most influential forces of life I suppose it only makes sense to begin there. And the above cup is my favorite caffeinated creation ever, the Chaipuccino. That particular one was from Tryst, but the one I had on Saturday was from Tryst's sister restaurant Open City, which is my new favorite place to eat in DC. They have hummus plates filled with pita bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, and olives, and chai waffles, and so many other yummy things your head will spin trying to pick just one. It's absolutely delicious, and I can't wait to go back!
